Individual Therapy Online
A space to understand yourself, your experiences, and what you want to change
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and explore patterns that may have become difficult to shift on your own.
I offer individual therapy online for adults in India and for Indians living abroad.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, the effects of difficult or traumatic experiences, and periods of change or uncertainty. Together, we can explore both what is happening in your life now and the experiences that may have shaped how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

What brings people to therapy?
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might be:
-
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge
-
Struggling with relationships or finding yourself caught in recurring patterns
-
Trying to make sense of difficult or traumatic experiences
-
Experiencing self-doubt, perfectionism, or harsh self-criticism
-
Finding it difficult to set boundaries or express what you need
-
Going through a significant transition or feeling uncertain about what comes next
-
Feeling stuck, even when you understand intellectually what you want to change
-
Wanting to understand yourself and your patterns more deeply
For Indians living abroad, therapy can also offer a space to explore the experience of navigating different cultural, family and social contexts.
You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes, understanding what is happening is itself part of the work.
How I Work

Therapy isn't about fitting yourself into a predetermined shape.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from narrative, relational and psychodynamic approaches alongside cognitive and behavioural strategies.
Rather than following a fixed formula, I work collaboratively with you to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to be different. We may explore the stories and meanings you have developed about yourself, patterns in your relationships, experiences from your past, and the ways you respond to difficult emotions in the present.
I also see the therapeutic relationship as an important part of the work. How we experience and relate to one another in therapy can sometimes offer valuable insight into patterns that show up in other relationships and areas of life.
I offer therapy sessions online, making it possible to access therapy regardless of where you are located. This can be particularly useful if you live in a different city, travel frequently, or are an Indian living abroad and looking to work with an Indian psychologist.
What Therapy Can Look Like

The first few sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know one another, understand what has brought you to therapy, and think together about what you would like to work towards.
Therapy is a process we navigate together. I won't have all the answers for you, and you don't need to arrive knowing exactly where you want to go. We can begin with what feels important to you and, over time, make sense of the patterns, experiences and relationships that emerge.
Sometimes we may look closely at something that happened in the past; at other times, we may focus on what is happening in your life right now. The pace and direction of the work can change as we understand more about what you need.
